We absolutely can’t express our gratitude for Kate who grooms our dog Chief. Every other place has refused to groom him.She has been a godsend to us and Chief! Also everyone there is so kind and helpful.

This store is a pet store understand. But the smell inside is more than enough. I’ve been in other locations. And I noted how they don’t smell as animal and stench so unventilated is as bad at the telegraph location. They are nice there. But it’s the worst stench. The other 2 I go to. Do not have that strong a smell.

My dog Kobe went in for a routine grooming on 6-24-25 at 12pm. At 2pm I received a call that Kobe was being rushed to an animal hospital because his ear was cut and would not stop bleeding. My dog had to go under anesthesia to have surgery. Since this horrible accident Kobe is traumatized. She is shaking and scars all the time. He doesn’t like being alone and is scared of people getting close to him. I have yet to speak with anyone about this situation at the grooming office because they will not answer the phone. If anyone have any legal advice on what I should do next please feel free to let me know.

This has been my go to pet store since I moved to Dearborn. Recently I began using their grooming services for my two dogs. I have a Shiba Inu and a Greyhound. The first time I took them my Greyhound ended up with a cut on his rear leg when I asked about it the girl stated it must have happened in the cage. Accidents happen so I was willing to try them again. Today (4/22/25) I took my dog in for a bath, brush and nail trim. In less than an hour I received a call that my Greyhound had hurt himself. They stated that he freaked out and wouldn't calm down and hit his face on a wash tub and cut himself. I told them I would come pick him up and call my vet on the way. As I was on my way they called and asked if I would like to have them transport him to the vet they used, I declined. They told me they would pay for his appointment. I picked up my dogs, my Greyhound has a gash under his eye and additional cuts on his back leg. There was no real explanation for the cuts to his leg. I picked up my Shiba Inu at the same time. I paid for the Shiba's grooming, they gave me a 10% discount. I didn't notice at the time but they did not clip his nail. As I was leaving the young woman who worked in

I visited Pet Supplies Plus today to get food and a carrier for my kitten, and I had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and professional, helping me find the right food for my kitten’s needs and a suitable carrier for her vet visit next week. Their knowledge and customer service made the shopping process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Pet Supplies Plus for all your pet needs!
